Jesus called them to him and said to them, “You know that those who are considered rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all.
In line with Jesus' teaching on servant leadership as well as New Testament teaching on church oversight, Hope Fellowship is led by a plurality of godly men called elders. As outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, these men must meet various strict requirements before being installed into this position of authority. Hope Fellowship currently has three elders who oversee the spiritual lives of those who call Hope Fellowship home.
